This is so good and easy to make!  Sometimes I use Thrive’s red seedless grapes which is sweet and light!

Perfect summer lunch! Fast, easy and light. Best part of all, no chopping chicken, onions and celery!
  • 1 1⁄2 c rehydrated thrive chicken dices
  • 1⁄4 c rehydrated thrive chopped onion
  • 1⁄2 c dried cherries
  • 1⁄2 c chopped walnuts
  • 1⁄4 c kraft miracle whip or mayonnaise
  • 1⁄2 c rehydrated thrive celery
  1. Rehydrate all THRIVE foods, then mix together with 1/4 c Miracle Whip or Salad dressing to moisten all foods. Serve on a bed of lettuce or with crackers. Vary amounts of ingredients to your taste. Enjoy!

This is one of my favorites! I make this at least once or twice a week.
