Homemade Cream of Mushroom |Cream of Soup Mix Recipe

homemade cream of mushroom soupUse this recipe as a healthy & convenient alternative to using ingredients that normally have MSG and gluten!

Cream of Mushroom

  • Combine 1 cup Cream of Soup Mix and 1 1/4 cups cold water in saucepan
  • Cook and stir until thickened 
  • Add 1/4 cup freeze dried mushrooms.  Allow to rehydrate in the soup mix.
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning (optional)

 

Makes 1 can of cream of mushroom soup.
