Homemade Cream of Soup Mix!

I am so excited to share this with you!  This is a dry homemade cream of soup mix that can be used a substitute for a can of cream soup in any recipe!

So WHY is this such a big deal?

Well, have you looked at the label of all the well-known Cream of “such and such” soups?

They are full of MSG’s and tons of stuff I can’t even pronunciate!

1.  This is GLUTEN-FREE!  You’d be amazed how many cans of soup have gluten in them.

2.  It’s FAT-FREE!

3.  It’s HOMEMADE!  There are 3 simple ingredients that you can actually pronounce!

4.  It’s CHEAP!  Each mix contains the same as 9 cans of cream soup!  All you are doing is adding water.

5.  You HAVE TOTAL CONTROL of what goes into your food


Another reason I love this?  It has shelf stable butter in it.  Rich & delicious…except no need to refrigerate!

Here’s just a sample of some of the things you can add this mix to that I will be sharing recipes for:  Macaroni and Cheese, Chicken Pot Pie, Skillet Lasagna, Chicken Broccoli Alfredo, Au Gratin Potatoes, Chicken Enchilada Casserole, Chicken Parmesan Skillet, Easy Beef Teriyaki Stir-fry, Mushroom Garlic Pork Chops, Hawaiian Pork Chops and more!

2 cups powdered non-fat dry milk or 4 cups instant non-fat dry milk
1/2 cup cornstarch or 1 cup flour
1 cup THRIVE butter powder

Put all items in a large lidded container and whisk to combine. Store in pantry no need to refrigerate.
Equal to 9 (10.5 oz) cans of cream soup!
